{"id":116,"date":"2006-03-17T12:44:08","date_gmt":"2006-03-17T12:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irdial.com\/blogdial\/?p=116"},"modified":"2006-03-17T12:44:08","modified_gmt":"2006-03-17T12:44:08","slug":"the-song-remains-the-same","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irdial.com\/blogdial\/?p=116","title":{"rendered":"The Song Remains The Same"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday, when I had a chance to read a free copy of <em>The Independent<\/em> newspaper I read about a new group called &#8216;The Mystery Jets&#8217; whose catalogue I am sifting through right now.<\/p>\n<p>I got down to &#8216;Ageless&#8217; on the Eel Pie Island EP, when BANG: hey WAIT A MINUTE, I know that guitar intro&#8230;.search search search&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Its LED ZEP, <em>&#8216;The Rain Song&#8217;&#8230;.. <\/em><strong>DIE DIE DIE!<\/strong><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The reason why I am mentioning this at all, is because this article said that the group is being mentored by an &#8216;old&#8217; rockist. This is an interesting idea, get someone who should know better to control a young group, and maybe they wont be shitty.
