{"id":49,"date":"2006-02-28T14:26:59","date_gmt":"2006-02-28T14:26:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/irdial.com\/blogdial\/?p=49"},"modified":"2006-02-28T15:35:19","modified_gmt":"2006-02-28T15:35:19","slug":"rarebit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/irdial.com\/blogdial\/?p=49","title":{"rendered":"Rarebit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Whilst I have a few condiments around the kitchen I tend not to use them that much so when it was suggested I use some old Worcestershire sauce on a toasted sandwich I was a bit sceptical &#8211; not least because I was using some nice <a href=\"http:\/\/www.northumberland-cheese.co.uk\/system\/index.html\">Northumberland<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doddingtondairy.co.uk\/doddcheese\/index.asp\">cheeses<\/a> and not that bright orange &#8216;cheddar&#8217; stuff.
