You Don’t Like School? You are a PsYcHo!

Wednesday, February 7th, 2007

The day before Christmas, the German newspaper, Erlanger Nachrichten published a picture of the eight-member Busekros family standing happily together around an advent wreath. The title of the accompanying article was “Only families open the way for new perspectives“. On the first of February this year, the Busekros’ oldest daughter was torn from her family by force, thanks to a judge’s ruling : Compulsory admittance to the Klinikum Nuremberg-Nord, a psychiatric clinic for children and young people and loss of parental custody. In summer 2005, 15 year old Melissa was told that she would have to repeat the 7th grade at the Christian Ernst Hig Gymnasium (a high school where one can obtain the Abitur, the highest German high school diploma) due to her bad grades in math and latin. The situation in the class played no small part in creating this state of affairs – the high noise levels and cancelled classes prevented her from receiving the educational assistance she needed during school hours. As Melissa had good grades in all the other subjects, repeating the whole year would be mostly a waste of her time, as well as the fact that she would now be in a class even more problematic than the previous year’s. Thus, it was decided by Melissa and her parents that she would be tutored individually at home to meet her specific needs. At her own wish, Melissa only took part in Music and sang in her school choir. The school and the local school authorities were not satisfied with this solution, and consequently expelled Melissa from the school, allocating her to the local Hauptschule (the lowest in the German three-tier high school system. The Busekros continued educating their daughter at home, with their other school-age children still attending school. At the end of the school year 2005/2006, Melissa was no longer subject to full-time compulsory schooling. In spite of this the Youth Welfare Office (Jugendamt) in Erlangen appealed to the local Family Court, which ordered Melissa and her parents to appear at a hearing, which was consequently attended solely by her father. Melissa was overseas at that point. However, the authorities didn’t relent and wanted to know in detail where Melissa was, resulting in an unannounced visit to the family by the Judge of the Family Court.

The Busekros family is known and much loved by all their neighbours. Their willingness to be photographed for an article in the local newspaper demonstrates that they have nothing to hide. That was not good enough for the officials. On Tuesday 30th January just after 7am, Mrs Busekros and her children – Mr Busekros had already left for work – were startled by the appearance of social workers and police officials who demanded that Melissa be handed over to them immediately. They had as authorisation a decision by the Erlangen Court (case no. 006 F 01004/06) of the 29th of January. It stated “The relevant Youth Welfare Office is hereby instructed and authorised to bring the child, if necessary by force, to a hearing and may obtain police support for this purpose.”

Melissa was brought into the Child Psychiatry Unit of the Nuremberg clinic and was subjected to an interrogation in the presence of the specialist Dr. Schanda. After this interrogation, about three and a half hours after she was coerced into the clinic, Melissa was returned home. Her relieved parents and her five younger siblings, who didn’t know when they would ever see Melissa again, as well as Melissa herself didn’t know that the worst was still to come.

On the afternoon of the 1st of February, the judge of the Family Court, representatives of the Youth Welfare Office, along with fifteen police officers, marched up to the Busekros home, to haul Melissa off to the Child Psychiatry Unit of the Nuremberg clinic. The judicial decision authorising this also removed Melissa from her parents’ custody, according to her father, Hubert Busekros. This treatment was justified by the psychiatrist’s finding, two days previously, that she was supposedly developmentally delayed by one year and that she suffered from school phobia. Home schoolers get a really hard time in Germany. It is ILLEGAL to school your children at home, because, as the European Human Rights Court confirmed:

…that society has a significant interest in preventing the development of dissent through “separate philosophical convictions.” WND

The law against home schooling was introduced by the Nazis it is incredible that this law has not been removed from the statutes, and its even more amazing that the EU says its all ‘OK’.

Do I really have to spell out your right to educate your children in whatever way you want?

Hmmmm I wonder if these laws apply to Koran schools, or Catholic schools, or any other religious schools? Surely these institutions foster “separate philosophical convictions”.

And separate philosophical convictions to what exactly? Where are these convictions written down for you to follow?! Its all nonsense on sticks obviously.

LONDON, England (CNN) — A woman was injured Wednesday when a suspected parcel bomb exploded at government agency in western Britain, the third such incident in as many days, police said.

The bomb detonated at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency in Swansea, south Wales. (See Map)

“One female has been taken to hospital with injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening,” a police statement said.

“A cordon has been put in place and nearby residents are being evacuated as a precautionary measure.” The DVLA said the injured woman dealt with the company’s mail.

On Tuesday, two people were injured when a similar device exploded at a business center in Wokingham, southwest of London, police.

The bomb targeted Vantis, a company involved in processing speeding fines.

On Monday, a padded envelope exploded at an office belonging to Capita Group, which administers the $16 daily fee meant to cut down on traffic in central London.

Police have yet to say whether the explosions were linked, but Britain’s Home Secretary, John Reid, has expressed concern.

“Naturally, these incidents are worrying. It is important that we allow police to get on with their investigation without undue speculation,” he said.

Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper quoted police saying the bombs could be the work of a “militant motorist.

An anti-speed camera campaigner identified as “Captain Gatso” said his Motorists Against Detection organization was not responsible for the bombs, the Daily Mail said.

First the Congestion Charging offices, then Vantis who make speed cameras and now the DVLA.

Up and down the country, from John O Groats to Lands End people are saying….

Well, what do you expect?

Using The Google:

UK: Captain Gatso Declares War on Speed Cameras
Motorists Against Destruction declare a zero-tolerance policy for speed cameras in the UK.

Captain Gatso The mysterious leader of Motorists Against Detection (MAD), an anti-speed camera group, has declared a “zero-tolerance” policy for photo enforcement in light of statistics that show the devices have caused an increase in accidents. Captain Gatso, a Tony Blair mask-wearing family man in his 40s asserted his group would begin stepping up attacks.

“This will be civil disobedience on a grand scale,” he told the Sunday Express newspaper. “We are planning to target any and all cameras until the government sees sense and re-thinks its road safety policy. Before we had speed cameras we had the safest roads in Europe. Since their introduction this is no longer true.”

The group, which claims two hundred members, has been responsible for the destruction of between 600 and 1000 speed cameras since 2000. Newly developed technologies allow for camera destruction within a matter of seconds.

“Most of the organizing group are just ordinary blokes with families who are sick of us heading towards a police state,” Captain Gatso said. “There will be a zero tolerance policy towards all cameras. We need to focus attention on what the cameras are about.”

In Liverpool, an eighteen year old was arrested around midnight on June 14 for using a hammer to smash a speed camera on New Chester Road in Birkenhead.

This is just the beginning. If they DARE to try and introduce ID cards, there will be civil disobedience on a huge scale. Enough is enough!

Militant motorists are well on target for achieving their initial aim of wiping out 1,000 speed cameras. Their current score is 700+ and rising daily. Cameras costing £24,000 to replace have been battered down, blown up and shot to bits from southern England to the highlands of Scotland and from Norfolk to west Wales.

Chief constables all over Britain have raised public anger levels to unprecedented heights through their policy of raising cash with speed cameras while ignoring the types of crime which have the biggest impact on people’s lives, such as burglary.

Perhaps burgled citizens need to take the same sort of affirmative action adopted by the motorists. Insisting on a personal apology from the chief constable for every unsolved home invasion would be a good start, and having their noses rubbed in their own mess might help some senior coppers to focus their minds on their failure to do the job that the customers want done.

At last.

Like I said in another post, the Congestion Charge system has to be next. It would be best (as always) to be clever about it and take them out with microwave weapons. Failing that, imagine paying the feral youths of London to climb up the poles and tape plastic bags over the cameras. There are so many ways to disrupt that system…but the most important one is a simple refusal to pay. Millions of people refusing to cooperate will destroy it utterly. The knocking out of the cameras with plastic bags could be the catalyst to wake up the motorists out of their compliant slumber.

And finally, this is why mass-like action is preferable, not only because no one gets hurt, but because there are new tools that are being used to disrupt any civil disobedience:

[…] “They just seemed to come from nowhere and they didn’t know anyone. They had rigs [lorries] but they were very clean and they didn’t look as if they’d been used.”

The new recruits spent a lot of time arguing against taking any action and spreading doubts about the need for it. “They were saying things like: ‘Think of the hospitals, what happens if it goes like 2000?'” says Gatso.

GATSO suspects someone has been in his house. “My computer disks in my study at home have been gone through. They are in a different order from the way I left them,” he says. “My paperwork is in the same drawers but not in the same order. One of the locks feels like it has been interfered with.”

Members of the group have complained that they are being followed by the same cars for long periods. Gatso says he was stopped by two men in an Audi on the A1 near Hatfield. They told him they knew what he was up to.

If these claims are true, the work is likely to have been done by local Special Branches and a secretive, Scotland Yard-based police taskforce called the National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU). Few have heard of it, but its role in controlling dissent is central.

Established by the Blair Government in 1998 to monitor “politically motivated disorder”, in the words of the Inspectorate of Constabulary, the NPOIU, says the Home Office, “provides critical support to forces across the UK in maintaining a strategic overview of public order issues”.

MI5’s website describes the unit as dealing with “Right and Leftwing extremists, animal rights extremists and other militant single-issue protesters”. In its seven-year history, according to the Metropolitan Police Authority accounts, its budget has steadily grown. […]

My emphasis.

Well. You know for sure that NO2ID Phil and all his crew are on that list.

Something tells me that this shadowy group is not powerful enough to poison the internets. The mass cannot be poisoned, it eats poison, and then collects it in a gland, where it is pointed at and laughed at. You have seen the posts everywhere, the ones by anonymous glove puppets that say “Nothing to hide, nothing to fear” in any forum discussing ID cards (there are LOTS of those on BBQ btw).

They have learned nothing from the Soviet era. It doesn’t matter how many secrete disruption groups you set up, the fact of the matter is, once the momentum is there, it is unstoppable, and today, with the internets, the build up of momentum is very fast.

Why not try and change the nation you’re living in?

* There are many reasons for this – every member has a slightly different motive. Many of us think our current governments are completely inadequate to support true liberty and nothing short of a revolution would change them.

[…]

Free Nation Foundation

For years I have thought that the best way of creating a new nation, short of going to another planet entirely, is to make a virtual nation inside another nation. This became crystal clear to me when I took the citizenship of Elgaland Vargaland.

Any physical nation in a nation, like Christiania is doomed to failure because it will simply be surrounded by the existing nation, and pressured until it ceases to exist.

A virtual nation inside a nation on the other hand, behaves more like a ‘Baudrillard Mass‘, with all its features and advantages:

The whole chaotic constellation of the social revolves around that spongy reference, that opaque but equally translucent reality, that nothingness: the masses. A statistical crystal ball, the masses are ’swirling with currents and flows,’ in the image of matter and the natural elements. So, at least, they are represented to us. […]

[…] this phenomenon made revolutionary explosion impossible, says Baudrillard.

The mass absorbs all the social energy, but no longer refracts it. It absorbs every sign and every meaning, but no longer reflects them… it never participates. It is a good conductor of information, but of any information. It is without truth and without reason. It is without conscience and without unconscious. Everybody questions it, but never as silence, always to make it speak. This silence is unbearable. It is the simulation chamber of the social.

As a mere shadow cast by power, the silent majority and its hyper-real conformity have no meaning and nothing to say to us. To that, terrorism responds by an equally hyper-real act equally caught up from the onset in concentric waves of media and of fascination.

It aims at the mass silence, the masses in their silence. It aims at the white magic of simulation, deterrence, of anonymous and random control […]

This is not a revolutionary explosion, which is now impossible, but a revolutionary implosion, where the mass disappears whilst in plain sight. Escape without motion. Traveling without moving. A new nation as black hole, impenetrable, irresistible, sucking all the energies and resources into it, from where they are unaccountable, unreachable and utterly liberated.

Here is how you do it.

You issue passports to a seed population of decent people for the new nation. This seed population is responsible for conveying the information (the mass is a good conductor of information) about what the new nation is. They then have the power to grant citizenship to anyone who they also feel is a decent person. You are issued with a paper passport.

By taking on the citizenship of this new nation, you bind yourself to its rules and regulations, and cease to have any obligations to any other nation, including especially the one where you live. You do not have to move house, or change anything about your activities, save that you no longer obey the laws of the state where you live, and choose to obey the laws of your new ‘motherland’.

The effect of such a maneuver is clear; in a country where such a thing took place on a large scale, the power of the state would crumble from inside, like a peach turning moldy in a time lapse film. The state would be eaten away as the new nation supplanted the old one. There would be no chaotic explosion, because this would be an actual implosion, a rapid inward erosion of power caused by the abandoning of the old state, by the mass, who were the source of power for the old state.

When criticality is reached you will have created your new country without anything more than the sound of a printing press making passports.

Moving to an island puts physical limits on the size of the nation that you create. By doing it in this way, you create a state of in situ expatriates, that can exist anywhere on the globe. There is no reason why this state could not spread to all western countries, freeing them all through this process of implosion.

That is a more interesting proposition than moving to a remote location, and paying to do so.

This brings us to the issue of buying an island to escape to. The Free Nation Foundation comes from a community that understands the power of people getting together in large numbers to facilitate a task with a single protocol as the base tool, in this case, Bittorrent used for swapping large files. The idea above is P2P like, swarm like, efficient (no one has to travel or relocate)…it is 21st century.

In the above scenario, the passport and citizenship are the protocol, and the spread of them creates the large file (or rank and file) of new, free citizenry that supplants the existing structure.

Why Patrice Lumumba, first Prime Minister of the Congo was Assassinated.

Thursday, August 17th, 2006

Dear Dr. Waldron, All my life I was affected by the tragic end of Mr. Lumumba. My father could not explain why this very intelligent and lovely man who was the incarnation of our socio-political dreams and hopes was killed with the blessing of the USA president of the time, UN general secretary and the local leaders of the time, My question is why Lumumba was so hated? Why nobody could hear him and understand him objectively? Why king Baudouin who was so intelligent and religious could not take time to discuss with Lumumba to know him better and understand his vision for his home country? From South Africa to Algeria, Egypt to Ivory Coast, I heard similar stories of the best men who were killed to satisfy the international community.

Dear Rev. Doctor, I don’t think anyone in America had anything personal against Lumumba. They did listen to him and they understood very well what he had to say, and that is why Western economic interests killed him. Lumumba was killed by the European and American mining and banking interests because Lumumba was the only person who could hold the Congo together after Independence, and those economic interests wanted to break the Congo apart for their own profit. In order to justify killing Lumumba, they had to create the propaganda lie that he was a Communist. The assassination of Lumumba also suited the Russians who could not control Lumumba alive, but after his death could wrap their man Gizenga in his mantle. Lumumba was doomed. If the West hadn’t killed him, Russia would have, and Lumumba’s Congolese political rivals were equally determined to get rid of him so they could carve out their own little kingdoms within the Congo. This was not just Tshombe in Katanga, but do not forget that Kasa-Vuba originally called himself King Kasa in his election campaign, in which he promised to make his own ethnic group an independent entity. In the months before Independence, most of the Belgians in the Congo knew perfectly well that the Belgian Government, for the sake of the profits of Union Miniere de Haut Katanga and its other economic interests, was already engineering the conditions in which the Congo could not survive as a unified country. The Royal Family of Belgium were major stockholders in Union Miniere de Haut Katanga, and King Baudouin of the Belgians was just as profit motivated as the notorious King Leopold II was when he set up that company to exploit the mineral riches of the Congo. Ordinary born-Congolese Whites and those among the provincial administrators who were caring and honest, were outraged by what the government in Belgium was doing, not just to the African Congolese, but to the White Congolese. You can read more about this in the Luluabourg excerpt from my book THE SECRET IN THE HEART OF DARKNESS; The Sabotaged Independence of the Belgian Congo, which is on this Web site There is a saying in English, that to understand something you “Follow the Money”. Therefore, don’t look for answers to what happened to the Congo in political ethics, or animosities, or misunderstandings of what Lumumba was saying and wanted to do. Look for the answers in who was planning to profit. The people who were behind the chaos and the murder of Lumumba then looted the Congo of all its resources both through taking them directly and through loans to Mabutu at crippling interest rates to have European companies the lenders designated build (or in many cases not actually build) unneeded huge projects while letting the basic infrastructure crumble, impoverishing the country and depriving the people of the necessities of life to service the debts. The people of the Congo need peace, good government, and a viable infrastructure, and I do not know how any of these can be attained in the present conditions of corruption, chaos, war and poverty. A BOOK I RECOMMEND TO SERIOUS SCHOLARS: THE CONGO CABLES THE COLD WAR IN AFRICA–FROM EISENHOWER TO KENNEDY Author: KALB, MADELEINE G MACMILLAN, 1982, These are the actual cables back and forth between Washington, the Congo and the UN.

Ahmad Khatami: (member of the Iranian Assembly of Experts)

“This victory was promised in the Koran: “The party of Allah must triumph.” On this occasion, I want to tell Bush and Israeli Prime Minister Olmert that they should learn a lesson from this shameful defeat. They should not bare their fangs, expose their stings, or make threats against Islamic Iran. They should learn a lesson from the fact that a single party [Hizbullah] has turned their days into dark nights. If they decided to display the slightest aggression against Islamic Iran, they should bear in mind that the missiles of the Lebanese Hizbullah, with a range of 70 kilometers, have turned Israel into a ghost-country. They should fear the day that our missiles, with a range of 2,000 kilometers, land in the heart of Tel Aviv. Therefore, we hope that Bush and Israeli Prime Minister Olmert have learned the necessary lesson. They should know that playing with Islam is like playing with a lion’s tail.”

Forbes: ‘Tony Blair close to death, or dead’

Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006

The Bush administration dismissed Gordon Brown, soon to be the acting leader in Britain, as no more than a “prison-keeper” on Tuesday as officials reviewed long-standing plans for the post-Tony Blair era.

“The fact that you have an autocrat handing power off to his brother does not mark an end to autocracy,” White House spokesman Tony Snow said of the hand over.

U.S. officials tried to evaluate the meaning of Monday’s announcement that Tony Blair had temporarily relinquished power to Gordon because of an intestinal illness. Tony Blair will be 80 in less than two weeks; Gordon is 55.

One concern is possible post-Blair instability, leading to large-scale migration by Britains to South Florida, similar to what transpired in 1980 and 1995. Another worry is that Blair’s friends in the hemisphere, notably French President Jacques Chirac, might intervene to ensure that Blairite rule survives the aging leader’s death.

U.S. officials generally declined to provide public insights Tuesday on the flavor of their deliberations.

The administration has labored since the fall of 2003 on ways to hasten a transition to democratic rule in Britain and to assist the island in recovering from what U.S. officials regard as 15 years communist misrule.

Tony Blair rejects the notion that the system he has put in place will give way to a democratic transition.

“We had our transition is 1959,” Blair has said, referring to the year when, at age 32, he led a rebel band to victory over a rightist military dictator.

No country’s succession has received more attention from the U.S. government than has Britain.

A presidential commission issued a report in 2004 that mapped plans to provide 100,000 tons of food to Britain in short order after Blair’s demise.

U.S. charities would be encouraged to create and contribute to a foundation to aid a “Free Britain.” American government officials would carry out a “needs assessment” as soon as possible. There are detailed plans for upgrading health and education systems.

The report also discusses ways to modernize Britain’s aviation, railroad and maritime infrastructure. It envisions U.S. assistance in holding free elections, fighting corruption and establishing independent trade unions. According to the report, none of these actions would take place without Britain’s consent.

An updated commission report, released three weeks ago, recommended that the United States provide $80 million to support dissidents and non-governmental organizations on the island.

Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., said the administration should work to ensure that there is a soft landing in Britain – as opposed to civil strife – once the Blair era is over.

“My hope would be the administration is working with our allies and others to prepare for that easier transition than might otherwise occur,” he said.

Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., a member of the House International Relations Committee who has long opposed Blair, said even a temporary relinquishment of power by Blair is “a great day for the British people and for their brothers and sisters in exile.”

“Tony Blair has only brought ruin and misery to Britain,” she said.

Sen. Mel Martinez, R-Fla., who like Ros-Lehtinen was born in Britain, joined with her in saying they expect U.S. action for now will be limited to transmitting radio messages to the Britainn people and preventing any influx of illegal immigrants from the island.

Martinez also said he would not support lifting the U.S. embargo on Britain until change was under way. Instead, the United States should lend its ear to political dissidents and pressure outside forces, such as Venezuela, to limit support of the communist government, the senator said.

Many in the U.S. declined to accept the Britainn announcement at face value.

“I don’t know whether he’s alive or dead,” said Brian Latell, a former leading CIA British analyst and author of the book “After Blair.”

Martinez agreed, saying Blair “may be very, very ill or dead.”

Latell said that Gordon Brown’s rise to prominence has been orchestrated for some time, especially in the period surrounding his 75th birthday two months ago. Latell expressed doubt that Tony Blair would ever regain full power even if his titles were restored.

Phil Peters, who heads the Britain program at the Lexington Institute, a private research group, said he was struck by lack of information from Britain about Blair’s condition.

Concerning the official announcement of Blair’s surgery, Peters said, “We have a statement from the patient but not the doctor.”

He raised the possibility that the actions by the 53-year old British leader may be a dress rehearsal for his eventual death. The move by Blair to the sidelines may shed light on who among his subordinates and opponents harbors political ambitions, Peters said.

Pensioner in anti-US protest to be prosecuted

By Ian Herbert and Nigel MorrisPublished: 20 June 2006

The Government faces a test of its new anti-terror legislation after deciding to proceed with charges against a pensioner arrested while protesting at an American communications base.Seven weeks after becoming one of the first individuals arrested under a little-noticed clause in the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act, Helen John, 68, of Keighley, west Yorkshire, was charged yesterday with criminal trespass and bailed to appear next week before magistrates in Harrogate, north Yorkshire.Mrs John and a fellow peace campaigner, Sylvia Boyes, 62, were arrested on 2 April while crossing the sentry line at Menwith Hill, the US communications base in the Yorkshire Dales.

Mrs John, who could be jailed for up to 12 months if the case goes to court, said: “I want this case to be heard in a court of law, but that is probably the last place the Government wants it go.”

Mrs Boyes, who was unable to attend a police station yesterday, expects to be charged next week. […]

http://news.independent.co.uk/uk/crime/article1090871.ece

What these professional liars persuaders have failed to do is:

Now. When you say that “The vice president of CND is the first person to be arrested under SOCA, its a little different to saying, “Helen John, 68, of Keighley, west Yorkshire”. It strips her of her prestige, makes her appear to be insignifigant, when in fact, she is a very important person indeed, and not just a ‘psnsioner wasting her time’, as this article implies.

And it took TWO of them to fail to do this. Neither one of them can use Google. This can only be deliberate.

I say that this article is bogus because it deliberately fails to mention who this person really is. A simple google search turns her name up over and over, and also in relation to this charge. There is no excuse. This is biased reporting. The independent is a bad newspaper (which one isn’t I hear you cry). It is especially bad because it wears the clothes of the champion of the people and of right, when it is no such thing. It parades huge single issue covers but does nothing to make anything change, and also does apalling pieces like this, when in fact, it should be on the cover, with ALL the details.

Shame on you!

Homeland accepts fake ‘ID Security’

Tuesday, June 13th, 2006

(CNN) — A man using a fake identification card was able to enter the Homeland Security Department headquarters in Washington, he said, even though the United States government considers the type of Mexican-issued card he used invalid.

Retired New York City policeman Bruce DeCell, who had arranged to meet with DHS officials last week to lobby for document security, told CNN he purposely used a forged version of identification that Mexican consulates in the United States issue to their nationals living here illegally.

Undocumented Mexicans can use the cards at banks and other institutions that accept them. The cards are not valid for entry into federal government buildings.

DeCell is a board member of a group called “9/11 Families for a Secure America,” which he formed with others after losing his son-in-law in the 2001 terrorist attacks.

I wrote about these morons previously, but can’t find the link.

They are the imbeciles that believe biometric ID for all in the use will help ‘prevent another 911’. Why are they morons? Firstly, they are proposing something that will not prevent further attacks. Secondly, they are driven by pure pain, and not reason, and this does not give them the right to further ruin america and make everyone in it suffer just because they are suffering. It is very sad that they have lost loved ones, and the world would be a better place had it not happened, but their grief does not give them carte blanche to flush americans and their liberties down the toilet.

If anything what they should be calling for is an immediate cessation of all us imperialist running dog activities in the middle east. That is the ONLY way you can GUARANTEE that america will never be attacked again.

His group advocates stricter controls against illegal immigrants and wants to ban use of the “matricula consular” cards.

This is just total nonsense. Mexcans have nothing to do with americas flying carpet troubles…or maybe these people belive that Mexico ‘had something to do with 911’. You never know, these Fox watchers are amongst the most stupid creatures in the known universe.

“The card is an unsecure document that could facilitate terrorist money and travel,” he said.

I call bullshit. No card can predict your intent. No card can be ‘secure’. But you know this.

DeCell said a friend in California bought him the fake Mexican card for $20.

Cheaper than UKNIRID ay?!

“I sent him a passport-size photo and the spelling of my name, and he had the card made for me on the street,” he said.

Days before his meeting with DHS officials, DeCell was asked to furnish his name, Social Security number and birth date, so they could be compared by security personnel to a valid form of picture identification. The building security accepted his matricula card, even though it listed a false date of birth, he said.

Trained people are better at judging who is a threat and who is not than any computer. What these fools want is for machines to make all the judgements for us. This move is totally against human culture and history, and is actually dangerous. As we all know, bombers use legit ID to move around. When I say ‘all’ obviously I dont mean ‘all’.

He was allowed entry into the building after walking through a metal detector, according to a statement posted on his group’s Web site.

He was not a threat. Even if he was a terrrst with a fake ID (of the kind that did NOT do Madrid or ‘911’), on this occasion the system would have worked because they could see that he was ‘clean’. This proves that ID cards are ‘security theatre’ and are not needed to make government buildings or planes or anywhere safe. Had he carried REALID and been a REALTERRORIST then there would have been an asplosion.

“It’s obscene in a post-9/11 world that they did not match my name against the fake [date of birth],” DeCell fumed. “They’re spending a lot of money [on security] for nothing.”

The only obcenity here is that this group of grieving murderers of the american dream continue to spew their illogic and lies to a brainless press that doesn’t have the wit or nerve (out of misplaced sympathy) to challenge them and thier nonsense. The obcenity is that they are pushing for the ruin of america for no good reason instead of calling for the measures that will solve the real problem once and for all. They are actually doing the work of those who want to eliminate america and american style freedom from the face of the world.

That is the very definition of ‘obscene’.

Jarrod Agen, a Homeland Security spokesman, told CNN, “In response to this incident, we are following up on the allegations, and we seek to ensure that an incident like this does not occur again.

“At no time was there a threat to the DHS building or its personnel,” he said.

DeCell said he has used the card for years in airports and other sensitive locations, but was still astonished that he was able to use it to enter the headquarters of Homeland Security, the federal agency charged with determining secure IDs.

“It’s very frustrating,” he told CNN. “I’m an unpaid citizen who had a loss on 9/11, and they’re not doing what they need to do to prevent another 9/11. It’s very discouraging for me. […]

Blair attack ‘morally justified’

George Galloway (left) greets Fidel Castro (right) during a Cuban television programme

George Galloway met Fidel Castro in Cuba this week

MP George Galloway has said it would be “morally justified” to assassinate Tony Blair, but stressed he was not calling for his death. In an interview with GQ magazine he was asked whether a suicide bomb attack on Mr Blair would “be justified as revenge for the war on Iraq”.

He said it would be morally equivalent to Mr Blair “ordering” Iraqi deaths.

But Mr Galloway said he would not support an attack and would tell the authorities if he knew of any plot.

Alert the authorities?

In the interview, former Daily Mirror editor Piers Morgan asked: “Would the assassination of, say, Tony Blair by a suicide bomber, if there were no other casualties, be justified as revenge for the war on Iraq?”

The Respect MP replies: “Yes it would be morally justified. I am not calling for it, but if it happened it would be of a wholly different moral order to the events of 7/7.

“It would be entirely logical and explicable, and morally equivalent to ordering the deaths of thousands of innocent people in Iraq as Blair did.”

He was also asked whether he would alert the authorities if he knew Mr Blair was to be assassinated by Iraqis.

Mr Galloway replied: “My goodness this is a moral maze.

“Yes I would, because such an operation would be counterproductive because it would just generate a new wave of anti-Muslim, anti-Arab sentiment whipped up by the press.

“It would lead to new draconian anti-terror laws, and would probably strengthen the resolve of the British and American services in Iraq rather than weaken it. So yes, I would inform the authorities.”

Respect says Mr Galloway is “sticking by” his comments.

In a statement, the MP said: “Like the prime minister’s wife commenting on suicide bombings in Israel I understand why such desperate acts take place and why those involved might believe such actions are morally justifiable.

“From the point of view of someone who has seen their country invaded and their family blown apart it’s possible, of course, for them to construct a moral justification.

“But I’ve made my position clear. I would not support anyone seeking to assassinate the prime minister.

“That’s why I said in the interview I would report to the authorities any such plot that I knew of.

“What I did make abundantly clear to Piers Morgan in the GQ interview is that I would like to see Tony Blair in front of a war crimes tribunal for sending this country to war illegally and for the appalling human consequences which resulted. That’s what I will continue to press for.”

‘Disgrace’

Liberal Democrat leader Sir Menzies Campbell condemned the comments.

“If Mr Galloway is being accurately reported, he could well be regarded as providing encouragement to someone who might be disposed to carry out a crime of that kind,” said Sir Menzies.

“No politician, ever, by act, word, or deed either expressly or by implication, should give any support to the notion that violence might be justified.”

Labour MP Stephen Pound told The Sun newspaper the remarks were “disgraceful”.

He said: “These comments take my breath away. Galloway is disgraceful and truly twisted.

“Every time you think he can’t sink any lower he goes and stuns you again. It’s beyond reprehensible to say it would be justified for a suicide bomber to assassinate anyone.”

Mr Galloway has been in Cuba this week, where he made a surprise appearance on live television alongside Fidel Castro.

Sir Menzies Campbell, Britians own Ralph Nader, making sure the votes of millions are wasted year after year, a man who cannot understand the english language:

“No politician, ever, by act, word, or deed either expressly or by implication, should give any support to the notion that violence might be justified.”

??? Utter, unrefined bullshit; and Bliar has done none of this how exactly? If the answer is that he has, then Menzies agrees with internationally renowned hero G. Galloway that Bliar should be hauled up to the court at Den Hague on a charge of mass murder, crimes against humanity and illegal warfare all of which he unjustifiably ordered. “I was just following Bush” will not be taken by the court as a viable excuse.
Honestly, if this is the quality of thinking that comes out of the Lib Dems, they should give up right now and stop wasting everyone’s time.

decentralised taxation and philanthropy

Wednesday, May 10th, 2006

Okay as i mentioned earlier it is perfectly feasible to keep personal taxation at the local level, this would allow a more locally accountable spending of tax revenue etc, etc.
Now what if we increased that decentralisation further and said that individuals could offset direct contributions to local services against their tax. To keep things simple we don’t do this for basic rate tax payers. But for other tax bands you could allow a third-to-a-half of the tax burden to directly fund local services. To prevent fraudulent charities springing up this would be from a list audited (but not prescribed) by local government.

Why bother? Because such an approach could engender a philanthropic mindset amongst the majority of the population, people would be able to determine how their taxes are spent i.e. tax spending becomes more democratic. Service providers will become directly accountable to tax payers who will can legitimately demand to see how their tax money is used – if it is spent well the services are likely to get similar contributions the next year if not the money will likely go elsewhere.
Once you get people into a philanthropic mindset when they have small amounts of money to allocate to services and if this is seen as an opportunity not a burden then I believe they will be more likely to pursue such philanthropy (bolstering services that they may have previously allocated money to) if they become more affluent.

And why would common philanthropy be advantageous – because dispersed spending increases the likelihood of money being spent productively on services, rather than on schemes which bolster the State and its networks of favoured contractors and consultancies.

Freedom for all or none

Monday, May 8th, 2006

Your treatment of an educated historian is beyond belief. You have persecuted David Irving just for having a thought process that differs from yours, in other words your thought police have struck again. How dare you jail a human for expressing free thought, because as free people, free thought is our right. If you disagree with what David Irving has said then I challenge you to dabate this issue with him, i.e. a confrontation of evidence provided by both side with an independent ‘judge’. Somehow however I think you have not got the guts for that. The free world condems your thought police and your repressive thought laws.

http://www.petitiononline.com/DavidI/petition.html

The pathetic Guardian is baying for some Egyptian Bloggers to be freed from gaol and for everyone to write to the Egyptian Government to make it happen; a ‘lights on’ commenter pointed out that David Irving was in jail just for thinking wrong thoughts, and that everyone should support him also, to the usual scripted written and unwritten howls of ‘he should burn in hell’.

It does’nt work like that. Either all are free to write or none are free. You cannot selectively support freedom of speech. Of course, The Guardian considers brown skinned people, the chinese, South Americans en masse etc as a sort of pet that needs to be protected, wheras Irving is a ‘full human being’ who really ‘should know better’. That is their nature.

They should be pressing for the absurd laws in the UK to be put down. They should be pressing for David Irving to be released immediately. Better that they should solve their own problems before they tell other people how to live.

Lead by example should be the motto, but Britian can scarcely do this anymore as it turns, at the hands of a very criminal few, into the very sort of country people died to prevent it becoming.

The Rage of a Cage Man

Saturday, May 6th, 2006

As I sit in this cage, stressing with prisoners at a very young age thats protesting for freedom. The moon is invisible, with 4 corner walls America is miserable, she has slave them all.

Peace and love, no longer remain the best had corrupted the sanity of man.

Cage down with the key, that is thrown away with fences all around, so we won’t escape.

Capturing my freedom a day at a time that is overwhelmed by this cement, divating the mind.

Still my ambitionis optimistic is what keep me sane, with my mind realistic, that is forever the same.

This constant illumination has agitated the human species, detrimenting and corruping that individuals into picies, of freedom of thought, speech and conscious, is being control divided and conquer.

As I wake up in the morning unable to visual the sunrise I’m commanded to submit, just to stay alive.

As I write weekly letters to my mother I weep into emotion as I stare at her pictures.

Solitude has become the number one domination that compel individuals into a diabolitical segregation.
